Join ASC as we help Union Baptist Church care for its grounds and facilities. ASC pays no rent to use the gym and this is our way of saying thanks.  

Join us for some exercise, relationship building and story sharing. A powerful night to sweat, bond and grow. This week's featured speaker is Jeremiah Miller. A graduate of the Denver Rescue Mission's New Life Program will encourage others to achieve goals and overcome challenges.

The ASC Knuckleheads share a wonderful bond with Phoenix. Come join us as we sweat, bond and serve our communities isolated, vulnerable and displaced citizens. We have a group workout and then visit over dinner. Fun time to build a stronger cord to those who need encouragement for the road ahead!
