Each Wednesday evening at 6:30pm, the Knuckleheads gather in the All Soul’s Catholic School gymnasium for a fun evening of fellowship, light exercise and learning about something interesting, inspiring or important to all of us building a stronger cord to one another through fitness, healthy relationships and service to others.

All are welcome. As we like to say, “Nobody’s outside the Circle of Compassion” at A Stronger Cord.

On the 29th, ASC founder Mark McIntosh will lead a discussion about how we all can work together in lessening the impact of America’s great challenges are encourage all attendees to achieve goals and overcome challenges. Doors open at 6:15pm, program starts at 6:30, done no later than 8pm.
