Arvada High school does not have classes this day so we shift ASC activities to the Denver Rescue Mission’s “Crossing” facility in northeast Denver. While the venue has changed, one thing hasn’t: The Knuckleheads devotion to coming together for exercise, relationship building and learning about future community service events.

We have a good time sweating, bond and growing. We hear inspirational stories of folks on the comeback trail from life’s ups and downs. Join us!
