The ASC Knuckleheads invite you to join us for a community outreach movement designed to unite communities with wellness. Let’s be honest folks, we have become too divided as a nation. Why not build a stronger cord to one another with wellness? Each Monday we have a moderate exercise program, followed by social networking to build relationships and then we have a program that’s inspirational, educational or entertaining, sometimes all three! We all have a story and sharing them inspires others to achieve goals and overcome challenges!
