Join us for opening night of A Stronger Cord’s newest site at Arvada High School. We’ll have the usual light exercise (yoga, pilates, Zumba, Crossfit, etc.) followed by a short program. It’s like a Rotary, Optimist or Kiwanis meeting but we use exercise instead of food to bring us together and then bond over entertaining, educational or inspirational speakers.

In short, we’re trying to unite Arvada with wellness through exercise, relationship building and community service. In addition, for the Arvada students involved with our leadership team? It’s an opportunity to demonstrate leadership skills, enhance their resumes and build a social network beneficial to their future success.
